  • What are Benefits of Vitamin D

Vitamin D is an essential micronutrient and it plays various roles in the body. It not only helps our bone health, but it helps to prevent multiple sclerosis. Vitamin D can be produced naturally through the sun, but depending on where you live and how much exposure your skin has to the sun, you may not be making enough.
